How do I create and track A/B tests?


You can create variations for InMails, connection requests or follow-up messages, then track detailed performance metrics.

STEP 1: Open the Campaign Editor

Go to the Campaigns section.
On the right-hand side of your chosen campaign, click “⋮” then select Edit to open the campaign editor.


STEP 2: Select a Message

You can choose any of the follow-ups, or your connection request message


STEP 3: Add Variations

When your campaign runs, It will automatically rotate between variations, sending them at random.
Pro Tip: Be proactive. Remove underperforming messages, keep the winners, and create new variations based on what works.


Tracking A/B Tests

As messages are sent and prospects respond, you’ll see performance stats directly under each message variation:
For Connection Requests, you’ll see:
    Total Sent – how many times this variation was sent.
    Acceptance Rate % – percentage of prospects who accepted the request.
    Reply Rate % – percentage who replied.
    Interested Rate % – percentage marked as “Interested.”
For InMails, you’ll see:
    Total Sent
    Reply Rate %
    Interested Rate %


Optimizing with A/B Tests

Once enough data has come in:
  • Identify the best performers based on Acceptance, Reply, or Interested rates.
  • Delete or replace underperforming variations.
  • Create new variations inspired by your top messages.
This cycle of testing, tracking, and optimizing ensures your campaigns keep improving over time.
Pro Tip: Run each variation long enough to gather a meaningful sample size before deciding which message works best.
