How import prospects from Sales Navigator


This makes it much easier to zero in on your ideal customer profile (ICP) and build highly targeted prospect lists


STEP 1: Open Sales Navigator



STEP 2: Click “Lead Filters”

In Sales Navigator, click on Lead filters to begin building your search.


STEP 3: Search for Leads

Use keywords (for example, Sales) and apply any additional filters you need.
Sales Navigator allows a maximum of 2,500 prospects per search export. Narrow your filters as much as possible to keep results near to this limit.
Pro Tip: The more you narrow your filters, the more context you’ll have, making it easier to personalize and craft stronger campaigns.


STEP 4: Copy the Search URL

When your search results are ready, copy the URL from your browser’s address bar.


STEP 5: Open Prospects in Leadplay

In Leadplay, click the Prospects icon in the left-hand menu.


STEP 6: Add New Prospects

Click the blue Add new prospects button

STEP 7: Paste the Post URL and Import

In the Enter URL input box, paste the Sales Navigator search URL you copied. Then click Import to pull in prospects.
