Leadplay never spends your InMail credits.
We send Open InMails only. Your InMail credit balance stays untouched, even while running InMail campaigns.

Open vs. Closed profiles (what happens in Leadplay)

Open profiles
  • Message is sent via Open InMail.
  • Credits used: 0 (always).
Closed profiles
  • Leadplay does not message them.
  • Their profiles are skipped
  • Campaign continues for other prospects.
Pro Tip: Want coverage for closed profiles?
Pair your campaign with Connection Requests or Follow-ups so those prospects still receive outreach via another channel.


What this means for your credits

  • Running InMail campaigns in Leadplay does not reduce your credit balance.
  • If you send InMails manually in LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, those can consume credits, that’s outside Leadplay.

How to check your available InMail credits

STEP 1: Open Sales Navigator

STEP 2: Click your profile icon (top-right) → Settings.

Your remaining InMail credits appear in the left panel.
