The Unified Inbox (Unibox) brings together all of your LinkedIn conversations, including Sales Navigator messages into one place.
If you’ve connected multiple LinkedIn accounts to Leadplay, you can monitor and reply to all messages without switching accounts or logging in/out of LinkedIn.
Search
At the top of the Unibox, you’ll find the Search bar.
Type any keyword or phrase to instantly search across all your connected LinkedIn accounts at once.
This helps you quickly find conversations without needing to remember which account they came from.

Filters
Next to the search bar, you’ll see the Filter menu, which lets you refine your inbox view.

Account Filter
Select a specific LinkedIn account if you only want to see messages from that account.
Status Filters
Unread Show only new/unread messages.
Starred Show only messages you’ve starred.
Archived Show messages you’ve archived.
Reply Filter
Pro Tip: Use the Reply Filter to quickly find prospects waiting for your response.
All Show all conversations.
Answered Conversations where the prospect replied and you replied back.
Unanswered Conversations where the prospect replied, but you haven’t replied yet.
Sort Filter
New Sort conversations with the newest first.
Old Sort conversations with the oldest first.

Messages
Each message listed in your Unibox has a “⋮” (more options) button on the right-hand side. Options include:
Star Mark the message as important (also stars it in LinkedIn).
Archive Move the message out of active view.
Note Add an internal note to the message thread.

Interested (AI Sentiment Analysis)
The Unibox is integrated with Leadplay’s AI sentiment analysis.
If a prospect is marked as Interested, their message will:
Display a icon in the top-left corner.
Be highlighted with a light-blue background for easy visibility.
These are the conversations you should prioritize first, since they show the highest intent.
Pro Tip: Use the Interested marker to work smarter, give those conversations attention first, then clear out your other filters (unread, unanswered) to stay on top of your inbox.

Expanded Message View
When you open a message, you’ll see two additional tools:
“+” Button Add the prospect to a list if they’re not already in one.

At the bottom of the expanded view is the Message box:
Type your reply and click Send to respond directly from Leadplay.
Replies are sent through the correct LinkedIn account automatically.
