How to Pause & Resume my Campaign?
You can pause or resume any campaign directly from the Campaigns section.
STEP 1: Go to Campaigns
Click Campaigns in the left-hand menu to open your campaign list.
STEP 2: Find the Campaign
Look at the Status column to see if your campaign is Active or Paused.
STEP 3: Click the Button
Pausing a campaign temporarily stops all sends. When you resume, the campaign continues where it left off.
If the campaign is Active, you’ll see a Pause button on the right. Click it to pause the campaign.
If the campaign is Paused, you’ll see a Start button on the right. Click it to resume the campaign.
When you click, the status will update automatically between Active and Paused.
