How to import prospects from Events
This lets you build lists from attendees of events that are relevant to your business.
STEP 1: Search for Events on LinkedIn
Go to LinkedIn and type in the keyword(s) you want to search for, for example, "Sales"
STEP 2: Select the “Events” Tab
From the search results, click the Events tab to filter results to upcoming LinkedIn events.
STEP 3: Choose an Event
Browse the list of events and click on the one you’re interested in targeting. This will open the event details page.
STEP 4: Copy the Event URL
From the event page, copy the URL in your browser’s address bar.
STEP 5: Open Prospects
In the Leadplay app, click the Prospects icon in the left-hand menu to open the Prospects section.
STEP 6: Add New Prospects
Click the blue Add new prospects button
STEP 7: Paste the Event URL and Import
In the Enter URL input box, paste the LinkedIn event URL you copied. Then click Import to pull in prospects from that event.
